Come together for dementia

Are you living with dementia? Or a carer, friend, relative, professional or interested member of the public? Dementia Action Liverpool would like your help.

The local Dementia strategy is being updated and Dementia Action Liverpool would like your help to shape it. They want to hear from people living with dementia and those close to them about services in their area.

If you would like to participate there will be two sessions across the city- Tuesday 3 July 10am-1pm at Bridge Chapel, Heath Road, L19 4 XR and Thursday 5 July 1.30pm-4pm at St Mary’s Millennium centre, Meadow Lane, L12 5EA.

Mayoral Lead for Older People (South) Cllr Jeremy Wolfson said,

‘Everybody is invited to contribute to the dementia strategy, if you live with dementia or are close to somebody that does, then Dementia Action Liverpool would like you to help to find out what’s working in your area and what could be improved upon.

We are constantly looking to improve, and look forward to welcoming the whole community to help build this strategy.’
